Introduction
Perniagaan Elektrik Seagull Sdn Bhd (PSG) was incorporated in the year 1991 as the three brothers of the Thay’s family, Thay Peng Choi, Thay Peng Hong and Thay Peng Hooi, joining hands to begin a vision of a great company.
The company began its business in Air Conditioning services by providing one-stop solution to mainly residential customers. After records of many successful projects and given opportunities, PSG soon ventured into providing services to corporate clients on small and medium scale projects. The step was clearly a splendid move and it successfully taken PSG into the next level and established the company as one of the key player in Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation and Fire Fighting & Protection Industries.
Over the years of devotion and refinement of skills and knowledge, PSG earns recognition of its own as the Professional Experts in its field. PSG grows and gets better by the years.

Provides designs and installation in such of Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Services (e.g. water-cooled and air cooled chilled water system, water-cooled and air-cooled packages, car park mechanical ventilation, staircase/lift lobby pressurization, smoke venting system) and fire fighting & protection services as well as mechanical turn-key projects.

This includes industrial mechanical ventilation and even designing of both mechanical ventilation and air conditioning to obtain efficient air conditioning with low power consumption and easy maintenance.
